Hedinger & Lawless was formed in March
1994. Bob Hedinger and Bob Lawless were previously partners at a large
Bergen County and New York City construction litigation firm. Together
with Rich Wenger and Tony Belkowski, the three have almost 80 years of
experience in representing contractor clients in complex negotiations,
contract preparation, and dispute resolution including litigation and
arbitration. Their experience has been primarily with general
contractors, but they’ve also represented clients in loan
transactions, construction project take-over agreements and other
complex commercial transactions. Their clients include sureties,
contractors, developers, and building material suppliers.
Hedinger & Lawless has been providing
